BEST life-changing experiance EVER!
Hello my dearies!
I'm sorry I didn't post about this earlier but life's been such a buzz and when I did get on blogger was down. :( So here's the scoop.
This weekend I was in Nanaimo. For those of you who don't know where that is it's a small town in British Columbia. Nanaimo though being small has a pretty killer synchronized swimming club. And that's what brought me there. It started on Friday where right off the ferry (that we had to take to get there because Nanaimo also happens to be an island.) we headed to Nanaimo Aquatic Center. I've got to say the pool was nice a bit cold but nice. I mean all pools are cold.
Here's a bit of a fuzzy picture of the pool. Nice huh?!
Anyways as soon as we got to the pool we were in our bathing suits and swimming run-through's of the routine. A soloist who is at national level was performing her solo in the water as we swam, and so was another team swimming to Justin Beiber.
That night after a quick team meeting and a plate of what seemed to be almost cold pasta and disgusting apple pie that I decided to skip on we were sent to bed in one of the swimmers houses in Nanaimo.
Let me just clarify something. I love swim meets. Especially away meets. There fun, we get to bond, watch re-runs of shows until late at night, and sleep in a comfy bed in a luxurious hotel.... Oops! Scratch that last one. Turns out we were in a stuffy house full of junk, little kids toys, and trash, oh yeah and SPIDERS! I'm still paralyzed in fear. When out friend told us of the rat running around I basically died right then and there. I didn't though! Still alive and somewhat well though a little disturbed. So sadly my "Hotel" Experience didn't really live up to expectations :( The OK thing was that, that was about the only thing that didn't live up to expectations.
The next day was figures. DUH DUH DUH DUH! I was marked in the high 5's and even got a couple of 6.2's a huge accomplishment for me! My final score was 55.003 in 23rd place. My teammate coming just above me in 22nd! I was 3rd best in my team and my score was a new personal best for me. So I was REALLY proud of what I achieved! The best girl on out team ranked 18th in standings which goes to show you what huge competition was out there!
On the car-rides we all fought to be in the camper van which could fit more people and always was more fun then the tiny car which was the other choice! Not a good one. Anyways for lunch we had homemade sandwiches! Very good! And we were out playing around at the beach, doing homework, and singing off key until it was time to head back to the pool. We watched our soloist who was amazing! She came second! But everybody thought she deserved first place!
At the end of the day we went a banquet where they gave out figures awards and awards for the solo's and duets of the day. The rest of the awards would be given out tomorrow. We cheered loudly for our soloist as she came up twice, once for second place in figures, and another time for second place in her solo! The food was delicious and we had pumpkin pie for dessert! It was delicious!
That night we slept pretty soundly aside from the freaky stories everybody kept on telling in the car ride back, and the awful odor of the clogged up toilet which nobody admitted to doing. But we all suspected one girl on our team who totally ticks us off. Yet we were still pumped for the next day!
We all woke at around 7:00am and started doing hair and eating breakfast, which were homemade egg mcmuffins! Yummy! The hair was less enjoyable but as people gelled it I played Plants vs. Zombies on my friends iPhone so all was good!
When we arrived at the pool it was LANDRILL LANDRILL LANDRILL! And we did that until warm-up where our coach was instead yelling PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE! Almost equally annoying! We were just hoping the hardwork payed off. Before we got out our coach told up we were fourth out of 8 teams and it would take some work to get to the podium and take even 3rd. Thanks for the pressure!
And then all of a sudden it was time. We were walking on. We were in the water. We were swimming. Not only that we were swimming the routine! I swear I swam my heart out and I was determined to make sure everybody else did. I held my breath and let me tell you it was harder then usual because I had a pretty bad cold yet there I was swimming it. Trying it as hard as I could. When the routine was over I was panting. And we were sitting on the side of the deck waiting nervously for our scores. We already knew we weren't coming in first because Victoria had gotten a score to hard to beat in the position we were in. When the score came up we cheered. 55.232 it was a break through and possibly a third place score! We might have made podium!
After that we washed our hair out which took a long time because it was all gelled up. We took off our make-up we got dressed in our team track suit. And then it was basically a race to see who could find out what place we came in first. I got there first and I think I might of screamed with joy because we got THIRD PLACE! I was so proud of us because I knew that going in with our score it might be impossible but we DID IT! We got THIRD FRIGGIN PLACE! I was soooo happy and overjoyed I raced to the others to tell them I also found out that the other team we were swimming got 3rd also and that meant we both made PODIUM!
Then it was the results when we walked up to the podium we were so overjoyed (have I used this word too much? I think so but it really describes us!) and happy and shocked. When we got our bronze medals we wore them proudly for pictures and our smiles were sincere! It was a REALLY GREAT weekend.
Then it was time to go back on the ferry and when our chaperone offered us sandwiches I wanted to barf because all we'd really eaten had been sandwiches.! Me and one of my best friends raced to the white spot on board and we both got chicken strips and fries, just to eat unhealthy for once. We both needed fried food! We also pigged out on ice-cream bad-talked celebrities and a couple of people we hated and then read those girly magazines in the gift shop. Laughing at the embarrassing moments and taking the quizzes. It was so fun and so not ordinary for me and for all of us! We'd been training all year and it was great to finally just relax!
Anyways that's the reason why I haven't been posting lately! Hoped you enjoyed reading about it and if you made it all the way to the end HIGH FIVE! And comment below! Especially if you have any questions.
For some reason I'm craving sushi...
More soon,

Regionals Day 2 and other news.
Sorry for the HUGE delay on what happened that Sunday! I'm a terrible blogger! Then again I do have a good excuse *COUGH* Reno's = Moving = No Internet Access *COUGH.*
But your post is here now! So this is what happened. Did I say my figures final in the last post? I don't think so... but if I did it changed to 5th out of 10th! Which I was super happy about! My friend Sabrina got 1st and we had a big celebration afterward to congratulate the 5 of us who did get ribbons (Me Included!)
Anyways when we got to the pool on Sunday it was full force, Makeup-Landrill-Stretch after that we ate then Reapplied Makeup-Landrilled-and Stretched some more. Did I mention our hair was all gelled up in a bun with about 50 bobby pins sticking everywhere? It took like 2 weeks to get everything out, and every now and then I'm still finding flakes. Our routine was great I think... there were just a few minor difficulties, but nothing too bad.
We placed 1st out of 2 teams but still a great acclomplishment and I'm extremely happy with the outcome!
In other words I missed the Cassy Clare book-signing last Monday which almost had me in tears and I was absolutely NO use to the team anyways as there was only 3 of us there! One at camp, one with Bronchitis, one with the flu, and 2 others were actually at the book-signing! I was very disappointed with the team and we ended up just swimming laps and keeping up on our endurance...
I've also finished a few chapters of Jenna's World which is coming along great (Teasers up soon!) and I'm extremely excited because my story will be published in a couple of days now link for that up soon!
I've gotta go more moving boxes but I promise that I'll try to post more regularly now that I'm back an hooked up to the internet!

Synchronized Swimming - Regionals Day 1
Guess what?! Today was Day 1 of my Synchronized Swimming competition: AKA Figures.
Let me get you up to speed.
For those of you who don't know what the heck I'm talking about Click Here!
Anyways, back to what I was saying. Today we did our figures and tomorrow we'll be competing for the title in our region with our routine!
Our theme is Iron-man (No not the movie! The Race! You know, swim, bike run?!) and if I can I'll post a picture of out awesome suits! Not our figures ones though because their just black and ugly and not nice to look at. Not like people really watch our figures anyway...
I don't find out my figures results till tomorrow so I'll post them when I get around to it. Hopefully tomorrow or Monday!
In other words I just finished City Of Fallen Angels and now I'm waiting for Cassandra Clare's Clockwork Prince the second book in her Infernal Devices series! For others anticipating that release I've added the countdown widget at the bottom of my blog so it would be awesome if you could check it out!

Pocket Frog Fanatic and other awesome APPS!
In the day, most people are hooked up to the latest technology. Most of North America is hooked up to and iPod, iPhone, or nowadays and iPad. Apple is definetly taking over the nation!
Anyways I wanted to recommend some of my favorite apps for the iPhone and, iPod touch.
Pocket Frog is easily my favourite game for the iPhone and iPod touch EVER! This free game lets you breed, sell, race, and trade in frogs for money, potions, and stamps (not real of course.) Everything you do lets you gain points and boosts you up levels unlocking different types of frogs and more backrounds. This game is definetly up on my five star shelf and to make it better it's FREE!
This game is up on my favourite shelves too. Angry Birds is one of the most bought games in North America. These tiny birds are sling shot by you to attack green pigs (Crazy!) who have stolen there eggs! With 5 different levels and more on the way this definetly a great way to use up 99 cents!
You can also buy Angry Birds Seasons which has a new level out for every holiday!
Fruit Ninja is another great app. Who knew slicing fruit could ever be this fun?! With tips from the sensei you can unlock blades and backrounds by playing, arcade, classic, and zen mode. My personal favourite is arcade mode but that's just me! Slice more fruit to earn points but don't hit a bomb or game OVER! I'm pretty sure that this app is free so if you do decide to get it. There's no money needed!
I hope you liked hearing about some cool awesome apps and if you want more I'll be happy to do another entry on it!
Have playing some new games!

As we wait...
So as we're all waiting for Cassandra Clare's City of Fallen Angels (Only 12 days!!) I decided to post a bit of my Mortal Instruments Fan Fic. Here it is!
From afar the couple that walked down the vacant street toward the burned, abandoned building seemed completely ordinary, but then again from afar most people did. Hence forth Clary Morgenstern and Jace Herondale were every bit from ordinary. Brushing a fiery red curl behind her ear Clary clung to Jace.
"They're going to be mad, They're going to be mad." She whispered to him.
"No they won't, they'll just be angry." Jace's lips brushed against her forehead comforting her immediately.
"But Jace we left them! Fled!" Clary cried, Jace's second kiss not comforting her now in the least as she remembered the day all too well.
"Jace Mom wants to see you and Clary in her room." Isabelle Lightwood knocked on his door.
"Why?" Jace demanded opening the door furiously at Isabelle.
"I don't know." Isabelle trembled, very unlike her. "She was very VERY mad though."
"Ah well Maryse does have those tendencies." Jace said trying to lighten the dark mood lingering around the room. Isabelle glared at him.
"JACE!"
Getting up from his bed Clary turned to him and spoke,
"We better go, if Maryse is in a bed mood then it'll only get worse if we make her wait."
"mmm..." Jace said and draping his arm around her they walked down the hall near Maryse Lightwood's study.
"You wanted to see us Maryse?" Jace asked as he and Clary entered the study.
Maryse looked up from a paper and she looked up at the two of them.
"Yes."
Her head gave a sort of curt jerk.
"Jocelyn, your mother Clary, called and said that Clary had been over last Saturday while Robert, Alec, and I were at the Clave meeting."
Maryse's narrow eyes turned towards Clary.
"Jocelyn said that you had told her that it would only be you and Isabelle." Maryse glared at Clary. Clary gulped and Jace squeezed her hand.
"I think it was obvious what you two were doing that night and we, Jocelyn and I, think that it might be best if Clary stopped coming to the institute for training, stopped coming..." Maryse paused. "Stopped coming all together."
Clary gasped.
"I couldn't, I... I..." Clary stared at Maryse in shock.
"Maryse?" Jace asked.
"What Jace?" Maryse snapped. Jace for once in his life seemed in shock.
"Fine." Jace said. "Clary won't be coming back to the institute."
Clary stared at her boyfriend not believing what she was hearing.
"And neither, will I." Jace finished. "Come on Clary we're leaving."
"Jace!" Maryse stared at her adopted son.
"You can't keep me away from someone I love." Jace glared at Maryse. And then he and Clary fled out of the institute towards New York.
"My mom is going to freak Jace!" Clary outburst coming back to reality.
"Why?" Jace asked jokingly.
"For gods sake! I'm pregnant Jace!" Clary said. "I'm pregnant at 17!"
"We don't have to go." Jace reasoned with her. "We don't have to tell Jocelyn and Maryse, and the rest of them.
"I know but Jace in a way I have too." Clary sighed. "I mean they're going to find out eventually right?"
Jace wearily nodded his head. As they neared the institute, butterflies rised in Clary's stomach and she felt sick.
"Come on then lets get this over with." Clary dragged Jace along up the door.
"I..." Jace had barely even started to speak the oath of a shadowhunter when the door was flung open by Magnus Bane?
"Magnus?" Clary blurted out. "What are you doing here?"
"Alec has chosen this moment to come out to his parents." Magnus said. "I'm afraid that if you and Jace have something to say Maryse might have a heart attack but, it's good to get everything out now!"Magnus smiled cheerily and allowed the two of them into the institute.
"Clary!" Jocelyn Morgenstern stared at her daughter her face turning from awe to anger.
"Hey mom?" Clary said weakly raising a hand. Alec Lightwood who looked as if he had been about to say something important looked slightly less confident at the appearance of Jace and clenched his fist.
"Er you go first Alec!"Clary gave him a smile and he shot her an angry look.
"No no you have something important to say, I take it that's why you came?" Alec nudged her.
"Erm yes well how do I put this?" Clary fidgeted in the dead silent room. Suddenly a rapping sound came from the door and Magnus got up from his perch beside Alec yet again to let Isabelle and Simon through.
"We came at the wrong time didn't we!" Isabelle squeaked as she saw everyone sitting in the room.
"You could say that." Luke smiled kindly at Isabelle. Isabelle swerved around to look at him and the girl beside him, Maia.
"What were you doing with her?" Maia got up from beside Luke and went towards Simon.
"I..." Simon stuttered.
"What do you mean what was he doing with me? I'm his girlfriend!" Isabelle shrieked.
Alec looked completely degenerated now.
"Um you guys can you fight later? Me and Jace should only take a moment." Clary finally said.
"Clary what are you talking about?" Jocelyn demanded.
"Clary!" Simon rushed past both the girls that were practically pinning him against the wall.
"You guys Clary, we, have something to say." Jace interrupted Simon running toward Clary.
"Yes um..." Clary paused.
"What is it Clary? Spit it out!" Jocelyn demanded angrily.
"I'm... I'm pregnant." Clary said it almost at a whisper. Everyone stared but the gasp that was let out was from someone totally unexpected.
So what did you think post below! Comment Below!

Spring Break
This going to be short because I don't have a lot of time, yes sadly I still have homework even though we're technically in-between terms and should be celebrating the fact that there's only 1 day until spring break.
I'm practically drooling while I think about sleeping in, vacation in Seattle, and the best part NO HOMEWORK!
Plus a lot of my time will be spent reading new books and writing!!
This spring break I'll be reading lots and I'll try to update on what's hot and what's not
Anyways I've got to go homework!

I feel like writing but then again I don't...
Here's the thing, for those of you who don't know me very well, I love to write, for those of you who do know me, I love to write.
And the thing is I don't know what to write!!! So I need your help!
There's Synchronized, The Sleepover, Seventh Graders, or Jenna's World (Which I might change to Soleil's World - you can see I like the letter S.)
OK I know what you're thinking. I don't even know what they're about (Well you know Synchronized because I posted an excerpt like 2 posts ago...) so how about you read a few excerpts then respond in the poll on the side bar Which novel should I continue?
On to excerpt 1 : Seventh Graders
“Hey Emily!”
“Who's the new kid?”
“Ew that's gross!”
“LENA!”
“Look at Aly...”
“Look at Emily...”
“But Misa said...”
“Haley!”
“Look it's HALEY!”
Voices were exploding from all directions of Mr. Grant's classroom, and Haley's appearance beside me did not seem to calm the first day of school jitters. If anything it sent most kids off even more. You see Haley, though being my best friend is the most popular girl in the seventh grade. Never mind all the boys are falling for her. Haley doesn't believe she's popular she thinks she's just as popular as me, which is zilch.
“Hey Haley.” I breathless voice comes up behind us. Emily Spencer doesn't acknowledge me. Typical. Most of them don't. Misa, Lena, Lily, Soleil, and Emily make up in my mind the Haley Fan-club. Haley hates that that term but it's true they follow her around like she's there leader which she isn't. As far as I know Haley hates all of them just as much as I do which is a whole lot. I'm probably her only actual best friend.
“Oh hi Emily!” Haley looks up from her phone with a bright smile. One that always adorns her face.
“Hi Haley!”
“Haley hi!”
“Hey Haley!”
Great we were surrounded, or more Haley was. Soleil gave me an extra push while she waded towards her master. Fabulous just what Haley and I needed to start off the new school year a mob of her fan-club trailing around after her.
“Oh my god it's sooo great to see you guys!” Hayley says winking at me and I try to smile back encouragingly watching her play them one by one.
Yes I know it's short but let me remind you, it's and excerpt.
Excerpt 2: The Sleepover (yes another short one. Well actually they're all short...)
Honestly we didn't mean anything bad to happen to her, we really didn't. And come on it's not our fault really that she's so slow, and yeah I'll admit it a little teensy bit fat, but I would never say that to her face or anything though, cause that would be mean right. Anyways it started when we were walking to the blockbuster, 3 blocks away from Renee's place. We were getting a movie to watch later at her house. I knew it would take forever to find a movie to see because Elena and Harmony have seen practically every movie there is, Kassidy who (I know weird spelling) will only see romance, and July hates, animated, fantasy, and sci fi.
Yeah it was gonna be almost impossible. And to make matter's worse then she disappeared.
Who is she? Let me explain. Penelope has short curly brown hair that only goes up to her ears, she's a bit overweight, loves converse, hates me and the rest of us, oh yeah and she's my cousin. And trust me I knew the moment my mom found out about this it would lead to be my fault, which even you've got to admit isn't really fair. Right? Right?
Excerpt 3: Jenna's World (This is part of the prolouge for your information)
The baby that lay in Dr. Grain's pale white hands was precious, he had known it the moment the little girl had touched his skin.
“Why does she not scream like most?” The anxious mother asked looking at the doctor and her daughter, her green eyes shining.
“She is dreaming...” The doctor murmured back, in craken – a language that was spoken on planet Arfbladder, the only planet that could hold crakani (beings of the universe.)
“Of course she is!” The new mom frowned.
“A different kind of dreaming...” Dr. Grain replied his face a mix of delight and worry.
“But what - ” The mother asked confused but halted when the firm doctor put up his hand.
“She is a very precious, very rare girl.” He began. “She at this moment is in such an intense dream that she has created her own world.”
“How?” The mother breathed shocked at such news.
“You must be related directly to the first crakani and...”
“But surely many have been born with this skill, there are many born related directly to the crakani?” The mother interrupted.
“Most babies have died getting to this stage, your daughter must be a strong girl to make it to where she is now.”
“This is not my daughter, this is a baby lying in your arms to never wake up!” The mother cried angrily, her pale white face turning a deep shade of red.
“I want my daughter!”
Still very calm Dr. Grain sighed and addressed the mother.
“Elena you have two choices. The first choice is to bring your daughter back from her world, but the magic and force it would take might kill such a tiny girl.”
Taking a breath Dr. Grain continued.
“Your other choice would be for me to make your daughter's world permanent and she will come back in her 15th year of life on her world.”
Dr. Grain took another big breath before continuing.
“Both decisions will take a lot of magic but one must be made, and I need an answer before your daughter disappears into somewhere that you will never be able to see her again.
SOOOO... WHICH ONE DO YOU LIKE BEST? For those of you who didn't see the synchronized post scroll 2 posts down OK?
Anyways please vote and I'll post more sneak peeks of the one you pick!
Later,

Cassandra Clare and other awesomeness
Is anybody actually reading this? Whatever I'm gonna post my life on here anyways. Well not exactly my life. That would be stupid. I mean what if some stalker decided to come stalk me? Never-mind...
What I really wanted to talk to you "mysterious followers" about was "City of Fallen Angels"
You might of heard of the new book coming out in the series by Cassandra Clare.
And if you haven't realized I'm really excited about it. LIKE SUPER EXCITED! And then I found out she was coming to Vancouver to sign books and talk and giveaway free stuff and be her awesome self. So now I'm really excited, even more excited then before... there was just one problem...
I sort of have synchronized swimming practice.
I know, I know, I know... your probably thinking, "So what? Just skip it for your fave (well second favourite) author. What's the big deal?"
Hmmm... the BIG DEAL is that I have a competition in 3 weeks and our coach is refusing to let us skip. What a downer right? So now I have a problem, a big problem cause I REALLY WANT TO SEE CASSY CLARE! BTW if you haven't read her books yet you should.
I totally recommend them. Anyways I have ballet (Helps with synchronized swimming)

I should be writing...
Today I did absolutely nothing, except laze around, watch TV, surf the web, and sleep until 6:30 in the morning because I had Synchronized Swimming (Well that explains why I was tired...)
Really I should be working on Synchronized or something then typing this pointless blog entry which even you should know by now is really very useless to your eyes but hey, your choice!
While you are sitting around drumming your fingers probably about to exit out of my blog and never come back I was wondering if you could critique a tiny bit of the first chapter of Synchronized... this I should say is a rough first draft that hasn't been edited or looked at too much so in your critiques please be nice!
Here it is... right below, in bold lettering. OK you probably already realized that....
Now I'm not trying to be rude or anything but someone could of told me that practice didn't start till Thursday and I needn't of waited for three and a half hours for my mom to come and get me – I'd forgotten my phone - and even now its Thursday - I checked 50 times to make sure - and still nobody's here but an older girl with red hair speaking in french on her iPhone couldn't she do this outside the change room? I want to go home! There's a knocking on the door and I hurry to open it. What I'm looking at is an average 10 year old with long brown hair slicked back into a ponytail, a black hoodie, wavy jeans, and red flip flops AKA Jennifer Kidd! Following her is blonde haired Joyce Lethbridge also 10 or is it 11 now? Joyce and Jennifer had been with me in the Recreational team last year.
“Sophie girlfriend whats up haven't seen you for ages!” Joyce cries as she takes he ear phones out of her ear and shoves her purple iPod nano into her purple Surrey Pacific Synchro bag I smile typical Joyce she buys an iPod and pretends it's no big deal I smile all the same and give her a hug.
“so you've met Felicity – our coach! - huh?” she whispers into my ear, how can she think that?! There's only the red-haired girl and me if you don't include the other two.
“Where” I joke looking around, but Joyce looks back at me seriously and points to the red-haired girl or woman I guess, who's probably in her early twenties.
“your not serious” I say but from her face I can tell she is.
Jennifer, Joyce, and I are the only tier 1's that have shown up sure a few tier 6's are practising all the way on the other side and the Recreational team is jumping into the water not to mention the tier 3's who are laughing and playing a game in the shallow end that of course includes my best friend Hannah Sunshine. Us? Well we're still sitting here on the pool deck letting Felicity drone on I would much rather still be comparing apps with Hannah but Felicity wouldn't hear it.
“Now it's time to get into the water!” Zoe cries and Jennifer, Joyce, and I got into the water it felt nice too have the cool water run through my body and it seemed only a minute later we were doing a strict warm-up and then come's unders. What could I say they weren't difficult well they were they were, actually they were extremely HARD I have Asthma see and that makes it harder for me to breath under water apparently Zoe has NO SYMPATHY for that wimpy movement (her words not mine)! Really she almost drowned us SO NOT COOL! An under is basically staying under water as you do breast-stroke and do it for a certain length of the pool – this time just the width – what else? Oh and yeah you can't uh, BREATH!!!
“You can do it Sophie!” Joyce encourages me as I breath before I go under I make it, of course but barely.
So did you like it? Did you hate it? Was it so-so? Tell me below, be a pal and critique! Thanks sooooo much!

Synchronized, Highschool Invatations, Writing, Goodreads, Blogging, and Life
Hmmm... where to start? How about the fact that I GOT ACCEPTED AT MY FIRST CHOICE AND I'M SO FREAKING HAPPY! Yeah it was sort of a big shock for me too, but I am so grateful and happy, and grateful, and happy!!! I'm just gonna say WHEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
In other words I've ventured deeper into my first serious novel, Synchronized (Realistic Fiction) and I'm at Chapter 7 which probably doesn't sound like much but is a huge accomplishment for me! I might post a bit here for critical feedback later. I've also started a few other if not novels veryveryvery long stories, one with a working title of 7th Graders (Also Realistic Fiction) and the other titled Jenna's World, which I've literally just began.
If you want to here more about my writing life which you probably don't but whatever... just comment below.
I've also just joined goodreads. I've been in search of some good books, since all I've been able to do book-wise for the past month or so is stare at my countdown widget on my iGoogle page saying 43 days until City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare comes out. Yes I'm really that sad.
Anyways I've been thinking about creating a totally new blog focusing just on writing. But I don't know yet.... What do you think?
OK well it's like midnight where I live so I should probably conclude this post...

Anxious!
My life changes so quickly! One day I'm excited about getting published and the next my life is OVER! Here's what happened from the very start.
Where I live the high schools have a program called Mini-School. I went to all the info nights about the different mini schools. I took the test for it (4 hours!) and then I got interviews for my 1st choice, 2nd choice, and 3rd choice. I was so excited, like screaming up and down excited. February 18th was the date for when the schools would contact us if we made it in. I found out some of my friends got into my 1st and 2nd choice and I was the only one who got into my 3rd choice. Does this make sense? Anyways I had never really wanted to go to my 3rd choice anyways and there still is second offers. That means a pretty high chance that I'll get into my 1st and 2nd choice!
Second offers are on Wednesday the 23rd and I'm kinda FREAKING OUT, cuz WHAT IF I DON'T GET IN?! I mean Mini School is for advanced students sort of and I think I am a bit of an advanced student but my social skills aren't the best (yah I'm a little shy) so WHAT IF I DON'T GET IN?!
In other words I'm really anxious and not even my favourite books (Harry Potter) are calming it down. Which is really crazy!
Maybe if I eat something I'll feel better...
